Quality Control

We have a senior Management team with a background in Quality Management and Metrology, gained in a fast moving and demanding automotive environment.
We are accredited by independent audit to BS EN ISO 9001.  Certificate Number FS87657.

We can supply ‘Production Part Approval Process’ (PPAP) support in full or any number of single elements of this process, ‘Part Submission Warrants’ (PSW) being a common example.

We are happy to supply initial Machine Capability Studies.  We can additionally include on-going Statistical Process Control (SPC) support and documentation if this is necessary.  Our manufacturing processes will always include documented appropriate frequency attribute and measuring checks, this forms a part of the James Brown Industries Manufacturing System (JBI MS.)

The ‘James Brown Industries Manufacturing System’ ensures that through a robust family of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), product flow and identification is maintained.    

Our shop floor based Metrology room is both accessible and appropriately equipped.  Metrology equipment includes Programmable 3 axis Co-ordinate measuring using ‘Renishaw’ probing, precision shadow graph, and an array of precision measuring equipment.
